CAKE WITH DRIED NUTS AND COFFE
Ingredients:
- 200grself-raising flour
- 150gr granulated sugar
- 140gr soft butter
- 3 eggs
- 50gr almond in smalls pieces
- 1 tablespoonof instant coffeein grain
- 1 pinch of salt
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180 ο C (350* F).Set to Fan. Greasea cake mould with butter and flour.
In a mixer΄s bowl beat the butter with the sugar until it is soaked for at last 10 minutes.
Add one by one the eggs, waiting the one to be incorporated before throw the other. Add the flour,
a pinch of salt, almonds and then coffee. Transfer mixture into the mould and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the cake from the mould, after allowing to cool for five minutes.
